Major news at Tongkat Fitness, As you may already of gathered we are constantly testing all Tongkat Ali products on the market looking for the best available so we can bring it to you the consumer and currently we are very proud to be offering the  TKA 1:200 Tongkat Ali extract and our other great bodybuilding supplements to you but we now have something new giving you the chance to have more of a say on what you think of our Tongkat Ali and other products.

We have been working extremely hard on a new product review system that allows users of our website to review each product directly giving it a star rating out of five, not only this but you can also write a detailed review giving the pros and cons of each of our products you have used! But wait it goes further, 

Other users can then add comments, ask questions and give the thumbs up or thumbs down as to whether or not your review was helpful to them! We hope this will give a more helpful experience at Tongkat Fitness and help us improve our service further.

We will still be taking testimonials by email if you wish to write to us and send in photos.

We are very please to announce our new live chat feature allowing visitors of Tongkat Fitness to ask any question via instant messaging, we have tried our best to integrate this feature in such a way that it will not distract or hinder the general use of the Tongkat Fitness website but and still be easily available with a single click on the chat tab found at the left hand side of the screen.

We have adopted the live chat system to try and give 24 hour support but please appreciate that we are based in the United Kingdom and we may be offline in the early hours of the morning GMT.

We just wanted to post a little notice up to say our cart & checkout has been overhauled removing the Google Checkout  & PayPal buttons from the main cart page and moving the PayPal option into our standard checkout system, we now also support more card options than before with the addition of AMEX & Maestro Card, we think this makes the cart more clean and easy to use, please let us know if you have any helpful feedback.

Also we would like to point out to any new customers who may be wondering about security, our payment system is run 100% by Paypal Payments Pro, NO member of staff at Tongkat Fitness has access to any Credit / Debit card details at any time.

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible by buying in extreme bulk and cutting back on luxuries such as fancy labels and unnecessarily expensive packaging but as I write this post on the 10.11.2008 the GBP is weak against the USD making our next stock order considerably more expensive.
We are currently negotiating with our supplier and hoping we don’t have to increase our prices or start charging postage.
